Good Morning, friends! Today's post is another installment of the Adventures in Film series! I recently uploaded a post with my new Canon Elan IIe + Portra 400 + TheFINDLab! Those portraits were DA BOMB. Like, I fell in love with film 100%. This roll was probably my first roll of Portra 400 out of the pack. It was also in the Olympus auto camera from one of the first Adventures In Film posts! I think the quality of Kodak's finest grain film really shows up here, even in a camera that could be seen as....a really bad camera. LOL. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, camera. *pats the Olympus*
I also had it processed through Walgreen's and well.....you can see that something went terribly wrong here. I don't know if they didn't scan the film strips in correctly or if they didn't cut the roll right but the big black chunks are hard to ignore. That didn't happen last time. :/
Side Note: I don't have a CD drive in my computer so the CD's Walgreen's gives me are pretty useless but didn't my Canon Pixma MG2922 do a great job scanning these in? Best scanner I've ever used! It's on the EL Cheapo side too! :D
Of course we have to start with Bella! :D
Fluffy clouds and our mango tree.
Kitties and the sunset down our street.
Joshua and Jacob enjoying their slices of pie and my husband being goofy with a spoon....
